Freedom of movement, comfort and optimum protection in numerous fields of work - that’s what the ClearTPU range from ALBATROS® offers. Designed for the highest demands in extreme conditions, this range impresses with high-quality, robust full-grain leather and superior TPU sole technology. The sole is a composite solution consisting of a TPU outsole and a shock-absorbing PU midsole. Compared to pure PU soles, it is lighter, much more flexible and more resistant to cuts, breaks, abrasion and wear. TPU soles boast a windscreen wiper effect: the shoe ‘wipes’ wetness from the floor, which increases slip resistance. The TPU part of the sole is transparent, which is both visually appealing and highlights the product’s quality. The breathable ALBATROS® comfit AIR footbed provides extra comfort. It has shock-absorbing raised parts in the heel and the ball of the foot, plus longitudinal arch support. This optimises the natural position of the foot in the shoe and stimulates the muscles when walking. The non-slip textile surface is odour-resistant, absorbs moisture and can be washed at 30°C.
